Getting Started
How do I install the app?
Simply enter your Shopify store domain on our homepage and click "Install App". You'll be redirected to Shopify where you can authorize the installation. The setup process takes less than 5 minutes.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees! All plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to features. You only pay after your trial period ends.
What Shopify plans are supported?
My B2B Wholesaler works with all Shopify plans including Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Plus. Some advanced features may require Shopify Plus.
Features & Functionality
How does bundle creation work?
Our drag-and-drop interface makes it easy to create bundles. Simply select products, set quantities, and our system automatically handles inventory tracking and pricing. Bundles sync instantly with your Shopify store.
Can I set different prices for different customers?
Yes! You can create customer-specific pricing tiers, volume discounts, and wholesale rates. The app automatically applies the correct pricing when customers place orders.
Does it integrate with MarketTime?
Yes, our Advanced and Enterprise plans include full MarketTime integration. Import orders, sync inventory, and manage your wholesale operations seamlessly across both platforms.
What file formats can I export data in?
Basic plan includes CSV exports. Advanced and Enterprise plans support CSV, Excel (XLSX), and PDF formats. You can also schedule automatic exports to be sent via email.
Billing & Plans
What happens when I exceed my plan limits?
We'll send you notifications as you approach your limits. You can upgrade your plan at any time, or contact our support team for temporary limit increases during peak periods.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees or long-term contracts.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all plans. If you're not satisfied within your first 30 days, contact support for a full refund.
Are there discounts for annual billing?
Yes! Save 20% when you choose annual billing. We also offer custom pricing for multi-year contracts and volume discounts for multiple stores.

Basic plan includes email support within 24 hours. Advanced and Enterprise plans get priority support with faster response times and phone/chat support options.
Do you provide onboarding assistance?
Yes! Advanced and Enterprise customers receive personalized onboarding sessions to help set up bundles, pricing rules, and integrations. We also provide training materials and video guides.
